Excellent location and clean rooms

excellent location numerous restaurants clean room comfortable stay

I found the location to be excellent, especially its proximity to the main marketplace. Many restaurants cater to both tourists and locals. I appreciated the variety of available stores in the area. The room was clean and it was comfortable. I could relax after a day of sightseeing.

I did find the lack of an elevator a bit challenging when I arrived with my luggage. Navigating the stairs to the reception and then to my room required some effort.

The hotel has a reception area. Where the staff were always available to assist with inquiries. I saw vending machines for drinks. I did not use them . No elevators are available to reach upper floors.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I needed help with directions. they were able to provide clear instructions and recommendations. I appreciated their willingness to assist with pretty much everything I needed

Many restaurants and cafes are located near the hotel. I visited La Boqueria several times. It was a minute walk away. The area offers various dining options. From local cuisine to international dishes.

My room featured air conditioning. It kept the space cool. Bed sheets were clean. surfaces were also clean. Ensuring a hygienic environment. The bathroom was clean and well kept. it provided all essential amenities.

pleasant stay at great location

excellent location friendly staff helpful staff

the location was excellent. i was very close to las ramblas (just 100 yards!). i had a lovely little balcony overlooking the square. the staff were very friendly and helpful.

spotty internet missing elevator

The internet was spotty in the room. i mean, seriously?! also, hauling my luggage up those stairs was less than ideal. no lift to the reception level is a design flaw. It is a design flaw i say!!!

Convenient City Center Stay

The location is excellent for exploring the city. I found a metro station very close to the hotel. The staff was helpful, providing information about local attractions. I was able to leave my bags after checkout because of a late flight.

The air conditioning unit made some noise during operation. It didn't affect my sleep, but it was noticeable.

no id check strange policy

the location was alright, it was just off la rambla.

the staff had a strange policy. i needed to leave my key at the front desk anytime i went out. there wasn't an id check when i came back so anyone could of gotten the key.

convenient location and helpful staff

convenient location helpful front desk quick assistance

the location was really convenient it was easy to find and close to the metro station the 24/7 front desk was especially helpful they held the room keys and that prevented losing them the whole time i was there. i also appreciated that the staff helped quickly with a noise issue i experienced with other guests in a nearby room. the staff handled it very well.

my room was somewhat dark because there was not much natural light i could only see a wall from the windows but it wasn't a major issue for me

the single room had its own restroom the restroom included a shower there was also a small fridge for drinks and a closet available for clothes storage the bed was good and comfortable.
